With 260,000 visitors each year and 150 crew members to look after them and the site, popular Norfolk attraction Dinosaur Adventure required an efficient staff scheduling system that would be versatile enough to deal with a variety of job functions and employee allocation procedures. The rota software also had to be easy to use so different employees could make changes quickly and simply.

Dinosaur Adventure upgraded its existing easyLog's staff scheduling software, which it now also uses to collect time and attendance data from its electronic clocking terminals and produce final pay analysis for its third-party payroll system.
